Products

We sell bee related and specialty products including honey, pollen, wax products, coffee products, merchandise, and related goods. Product availability is subject to change at any time.

Natural products may vary in color, flavor, texture, appearance, crystallization, packaging details, and other characteristics.

We do not sell live bees, animals, or animal parts.

Pricing and Orders

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, product offerings, and availability may change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, abuse, unauthorized resale, or product unavailability.

Payments

Payments are processed through Wix Payments and any other approved methods we may offer from time to time.

Shipping and Fulfillment

Orders typically process within 1 to 5 business days unless otherwise stated.

We may ship using USPS, UPS, or other carriers of our choice.

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, service interruptions, customs, or events beyond our control.

We may assist with tracking issues, lost packages, or replacements on a case by case basis, but replacement or refund decisions remain solely at our discretion.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available by arrangement only. We do not operate a public retail storefront. Contact us to coordinate pickup options, local availability, or event appearances.

Returns and Refunds

Because many of our products are consumable or hygiene sensitive, all sales are generally final.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect, contact us promptly at info@southernmostbees.com. Any resolution, replacement, credit, or refund is determined case by case at our sole discretion.

Health and Allergy Disclaimer

Some products may contain or come into contact with honey, pollen, beeswax, propolis, royal jelly, caffeine, or other ingredients that may cause allergic or adverse reactions.

If you have allergies or sensitivities to bees, pollen, hive products, caffeine, or related ingredients, do not use our products.

Statements on this website have not necessarily been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease unless expressly stated in compliance with applicable law.

Accounts
